So far complete waste of time. Made initial deposit via Mony xxxxx. 1st one my fault as it was sent filipino pesos not US $$. 2nd one sent to Costa Rica and after 3 hours was told I was blackballed by Mony xxxxx as a sender???? Spent 15 minutes calling them back and was told this was not the case? Did live chat another 20 minute waste of time. Said their "agency" would not accept. When asked who their Agency was, told none of my business! Again call $$$ gram to cancel. Another15 mins on phone. Why won't this country allow us to gamble as we deem fit??
