I would guess its because you have not completed whatever rollover was in the fine print.

In my experience this is pretty standard procedure.

Keep making picking winners and they will pay eventually.

When I signed up it was over the phone granted I did not read fine print, but the man on the phone said I would need to bet it 3x over which I did, in any event they should pay me my original $$$. They won't pay anything, shady people.

sounds like you are jumping to conclusions. Like JJ correctly stated .... understand the bonus rollover rules completely or simply decline the bonus.

Considering they are just a rebrand of futurebet thieves it would be more surprising if they continued paying out. They are the scum of online gaming, if you played there knowing their relation to the future bet scams you knew you were playing with fire and would eventually get burned.

If you were promised only a 3X rollover than that is shady. Rollover always includes both the value of the bonus in addition to the deposit. Did you deposit $825? Otherwise it sounds like they are being shady about the bonus stipulations. Unfortunately this is something even many top books do sometimes.

They are not in the business of giving away free money. You sort of have to earn the bonus cash via surviving the rollover. Its basically them taking a calculated risk that you will lose the bonus cash and more but having to place a certain amount in bets.

There is probably nothing else you can do but try to complete the $3000 rollover amount.

How much did they say you had left of it?

top Bet has been screwing me since... Feb 8th.... it does not pay.. it's that's simple I spoke with Andy from TopBet again today .. March 24th.. he claims they are waiting on a tracking number again.... it has been 30 business days... no payout.. just more B.S. ... Please be advised TOP BET Does not Pay. Every time I talk with Top Bet.. I find a new site to try and warn others. TOP Bet is a joke.. avoid at all cost.. you have been warned.

30 business days is not very long for this book in its current situation. They may or may not pay out but if they do pay out, you are not likely to get it for at least another month. Too soon to hit the panic button.

its been 35 "business days".. still the same runaround.. they keep saying they are waiting for a tracking number.... seriously.. why would anyone want to continue to do business with a company that screws you over on the payout this bad... TOPBET is a bunch of crooks,,.. you have been warned.... they do not pay..... always another excuse

Topbet uses Oddsmaker platform but is supposed to have different ownership and management.

Decent chance. They are still paying and haven't stiffed yet. It will just a long time. Just don't make any more deposits.

Yes. I would definitely say they have processing issues because they almost always have them. But they are also in big trouble. They have done a lot of stuff that was not sustainable and it has caught up to them. They will pay out as long as they can.

I just received am email from them that says they have their processors straightened out and have been starting to get tracking numbers in the batches that they are receiving... Is this believable or are they lying??

If you sent them an email, they are probably lying. Would still expect the same timeframe but at least there is hope.

Last ?..... What did you mean by them doing some not sustainable things? I have been slow paid by topbet the one other time I have cashed out from them but that was only about 2 months so that is why I am worried this time.

Bonuses that are too good. Lines that are slow to move and off the market. You can bet there with basically no risk. The bonuses are guaranteed money. They gave some very aggressive bonuses to get money for football and then could not handle the cashouts at the end of the season. They gave away more money to keep people from cashing out. Basically no way this book is rightside up.
