i asked them about some other documents but they dont answer me anymore , they just copy message that my issue data dont match with game account... I dont know how its 100% that is all correct. .P.S. sorry on my bad english

I had the same problem, i did send a thousands of emails, but no result =/ I had to wait 2 months, after that i just withdrawal everything and leave this jokers.

So I must to wait for 2 months? they will back my money that I got on betting or just money that I deposit? because I want to make whithdrawal but when I click on whithdrawal I got mail that my account is blocked...thank you

Well, they did honour my bets and i could withdrawal all my balance, i hope they still keep it nowadays. But about the 2 months, i am afraid you will have to wait too.

I had the same problem, but not having a passport and not trusting of these Russian sites, when I opened the account did the screenshot of the registration form. However it is a bookmakers is useless, just bet a maximum quota limit you the game account to zero

Is that like a set 2 month period they suspend your account for? And then automatically re-enable it after that time?

2 month - standard procedure for them.

If the documents are fine - they will unlock account after 2 month and pay.

Yes, they limit extremely fast but if docs are OK they always pay.

Its obvious. Multiple accounts.
Betcity just dont want to see some players under "another ID". So they say "dont play with us" by frozing funds.

Yes! My account was re-enable exactly 2 months later, i do think it is automatically.

It was not my case. I was just testing the Bookmaker, nice odds, so i do decide to give them a try, deposit money and make like 2 bets of 30-40 $ each. It was enough to they lock me.

I used them for about 2 weeks, after that I got limited to nothing... but they payed immediately. It's been a while though.

.... they froze me 12.3 and today is 12.5 so 61 day... and I cant still open my account on betcity.... and advice?

I send them e mail but they dont answer

they answer me "Your account verification is in progress. We shall inform you about verification results by e-mail."... This anybody know how long I must wait for verification now?
