Just placed a wager on Bovada (bulls -6) buying the half point. In my haste to put more money on the same exact wager, I forgot to buy the half point again. So I call customer service explaining that I would like to cancel the last wager and buy the hook to match my first wager. Of course they will not be having any of that. They clearly see I made a mistake and instead of trying to help a longtime customer they decide to thumb their noses at me. I suppose that is their prerogative but I just wanted to share my experience.
