I thought it was a nice feature to have live betting available in the middle of the game instead of waiting for commercial breaks. But I really think it is just a way to take advantage of the bettor. If you put a bet in, it will clock and clock and clock. If the other team scores, it will then accept your bet. If they miss and your team rebounds, it will say, bet no longer available and change the line. This clocking stuff is complete bullshit.

yep - that's what i think also. plus live betting carries a little more risk in that books cancelling bets happens a lot more often. just 1 of the things you put up with when you choose live betting. i once had heritage cancel my +110 risking 100 for 110 because they said it should have been -130. called it a bad line. while i disagree that it's a bad line because it's not obvious enough in that the amount of the difference between +110 and -130 ins't that much. but i did not call to complain. live betting offers advantages but you have to know that this shit happens all the time. bet careful-be careful when betting live.Originally posted by JetsfanYou do realize the difference, right?

There is a big difference between in-play bets at places like 5 Dimes, and BetOnline. Of course there is a delay, but if the line moves, the bet is not accepted.
