25.1.2015. I have opened a READYtoBET account. I deposited 100€ and I got 100€ bonus. I have placed few bets and then I got limited to 50€, after a few more I got limited to 10€. I have sent them 2 e-mails, they did not replay. After a week I emailed them that if they dont remove my limit or at least explain why did they limit me I will, in 24h, write a complaint to SBR. They emailed me back after I wrote the complaint saying that they are investigating my bets and that I am limited because of that. They also said that they have answered all my emails. After 40 min aprx. they answered one of the emails I sent them week ago (yes you read it right they first said that they answered it and then they actually answered it) . I was waiting for the response from SBR but it never came... I said ok and started betting with 10€ stakes. Today I asked them how much is my rollover and they replayed very fast about 350. I counted a little less then 332. After that I started placing bets, I needed 35 10€ bets. Now they have limited me to 0€ and I cant place any bets. Any help would be appreciated.
