This technology looks like something 20+ years old. It is really awful.
Since 5 Dimes was using a 3rd a party to run it ( I was told this directly by 5 Dimes when an issue came up) they assumed no risk. Just probably made a fraction of the action played.
Why would they the alienate a group of customers that loved using a product that was so easy to use and offered
such a large selection of bets ??

the scrollbar is a pain in the ass. i have complained about it, the chat girl said she would forward to mgmt
but who knows.. it's there when you hover over directly to the right of where the odds are.. it's so SMALL
you can barely grab it.. then when you drag it down it will dissapear again until you highlight over exactly
where you left it.
live betting extra needs a total makeover.

Odds feed was Betradar probably. Actual software that interacts with player I don't know.
betradar supplies odds to most major euro books as well.
thats why it looks a lot like bet365.
