Carib has been a solid book for years, but I don't think they are taking new US players.

Me too. I can't speak for them anymore, buy way back when, sending an inquiry via memo and hearing back from a rep in under 3 minutes gave me a warm fuzzy feeling. I hope they are still living up to it.
