How to find exact times tennis match start and finish as bookie is trying to welch

Hi,

I placed a bet yesterday on a tennis match and the bet was voided today and when I phoned up to find out why I was told the match had finished hours before I bet. This is nonsense because I was watching it live and following it on twitter. The match was K. Flipkens vs A. Cornet in the Dubai Duty Free Champs.

I placed my bet on Cornet at 17:35 (GMT). I am from England

How do I find out the exact times this tennis match started and finished?

That's rounded to 5 minutes, not sure if it rounds up, down, or to nearest 5 minutes.

Match time on the wtatennis scoreboard says it took 3hrs 11 mins.
