Stay away from Gr88 or any site related to them
I've made a complaint but just wanted to warn people about this site. I deposited equivalent of 40 Euro and got an instant bonus of 40 Euro. I placed a E40 bet and then another E40 7 minutes later. They told me all along that the cash deposit is used before the bonus. My first bet won before the second bet had finished and then the second bet (the bonus bet) lost so I thought I would just have a cash balance (which was 315 Euros). I tried to withdraw but they said I couldn't until the bonus rollover had been wagered (and all bets including every bet in a multiple have to be odds of 2.0 (evens) or over. According to the site the rollover amount is 1800 Euro! So I had to keep betting and eventually lost. I should have been allowed to withdraw the winnings at the start.
Also, terms and conditions say that first withdrawal of the month is free, second is 5% charge and then every other withdrawal is £/$/E 100 each! Is it even legal to charge £100 (I'm UK) to withdraw your own winnings?!
Customer service is absolutely terrible too.

It does not matter if you lose the bonus amount or not. The rollover still counts and must be completed.

That isn't how it works with every other site I've used. Usually you get a free bet to use, it is separate to your deposit. That's the whole point of it being a bonus. It's usually a free bet on the betslip and you can click 'free bet' or it will have one fund for bonus and one for deposits and if you lose the bonus then you just have the deposit winnings. You can't say what they're doing is normal, surely?
What about the charging £100 to withdraw?
They are on the blacklist (D) for a reason. Just wanted to warn people to stay away from them.

I agree, stay away. D is a generous rating in my personal opinion.

But you are mistaken about how the bonus rollover works, if I am understanding you properly. It sounds like you are saying you believe there should only be rollover required if the bonus bet wins.

Sportsbook bonuses or free bet sign up offers are either:

Stake Returned or Stake not returned within the freebet winnings.

Stake returned free bets will usually have a rollover attached to them where as stake not returned free bets do not. It is mainly the UK bookies that use the stake not returned free bets.

Why are the you playing at a book that has a rating of D? And if you're from the UK, why is your balance in euros?

Guessing you're a bonus hunter as you're aware that the UK bookies have no rollover on the bonuses and you're also playing at a D rated book which I doubt you would have found without looking on SBR first. Sounds like you may have trapped yourself and don't have the maximum funds you could require to lay the bets should you need meet the entire rollover if you fail to lay off at Betfair.

Also bear in mind that playing at a non UK licensed bookie could have consequences for you - If you are a bonus hunter and end up with a decent amount in GR88 after clearing the rollover, there is nothing you can do should they decide to confiscate your funds.
As they do not have a UKGC license, they are not allowed to take bets from UK based players. Because of this, there is nothing stopping them from saying "UK customers are restricted from betting here, as a result your balance has been forfeited and you deposit returned"
