    sportingbet.com case
    Hello everybody!

Im registered today because I think I have case with Sportingbet.com

When I joined into sportingbet.com , saw "register unsuccesful", please contact but received the invitation email, but could not log in, went to the chat live, they opened my account , asked what was this, explain: "something error" I thought now my account is good, but was not good , I could not deposit, because saw something error code, tried with Neteller , moneybookers, same error message. I notified the CS what is this, nothing happened, on the next day still saw this error message. But I made an another account for testing purpose and on that account I was able to deposit, did not see any error message. I said it to the CS, and I asked them to close the old one, I will play on the 2nd.

In the meanwhile I sent many emails find out what is that deposit error code ("400554 Success", it was the error). Also they suspended my second account, for verification. Sent everything what they asked, some days later they unlocked my account, they wished good luck for me but lost my balance, and again, could not deposit , due to again this annoying error message

I contiunally asked the CS what is this error, why don't they resolve it, but got nothing usable answer. However I wanted to play here, the CS still did not know what is this error, and I did not want to wait weeks until they find out, so opened an another account, and immediatly requested to close the 2nd, also explained my reason why did i this. But now unfortunatly they don't want to understand my problem, my newest account has been suspended after some days, and won't be opened, because I have 3 accounts (however only the last one was active) and now they say they won't send back my money. I think it's unacceptable. I did nothing fraudulent thing, OK I confess I opened more than one account, but only because I could not deposit! It cannot be reason to keep my money, at least the deposits.

Before you ask, there was no bonus abuse or any hidden thing, only it was the reason to open one more account. And again, when I opened the new, I requested to close the old one. They have right to ban me, but don't have right to take my money, because they did want to resolve my problem. Also strange thing, why did not say any problem when they verified me on my 2nd account? They exactly saw that this is my second account!

Also it is written in their rules : 6.6 A customer may only have one funded betting account. Any additional accounts that are funded will be closed and the deposit amount returned

So even if I be a bonus frauder, they write they send back my deposit. But they said this is account management decision and no money return will be made. I recommended them read your rules..

I sent in 500 EUR on my second, and another 500 EUR on my 3rd account via Neteller. The account balance was around 1190 EUR on my 3rd account. No withdrawal was made. I think hey should send back at least my deposit amount. (And I have a bet that they still not resolved this error problem. Easier to chase away a customer than resolve a problem? I have played with some bookies before sportingbet, but they are far the worst i have ever met)

What do you think? Do i deserve that they don't want to send back nothing money?

    Thank you for listening :

Good luck. Can i suggest you post a concise version - not having a go at you - its just your post is too long for most ppl to be bothered reading.
Then those who can add something can go back and read your essay.

my opinion is that if you were not limited in your second account, did not receive bonuses in both accounts and had informed them about your third account before you made winning bets there is no way they should keep your money.
in worst case they should give you your deposit back.

If you have problems with a sports books website/interface/deposit method you should consider moving to another sports book rather than breaking the rules for multiple accounts. I feel for ya, but breaking the rules because something isn't working is bad juju.
