Bookmaker has always been very fast with withdrawals, so very puzzling that I made a withdrawal on December 17, the funds were removed a day or so later, yet I am still waiting to get paid. In the past it has only taken 24-48 hours for funds to be available. I have contacted customer service several times and they keep blaming the holidays. Has anyone else had unusual delays from them?

don't remember ever hearing any problem with bookmaker withdrawals. sure it is nothing. but also holidays seems like a lame excuse for that long of period.Comment -
