received a 4 figure check by courier, got it 3 days early and it cleared my bank with no issues. Great service, especially compared to horror stories i heard in the past. However, even the horror stories ended with people being paid.

i just feel like no one talks to each other in there. the upper management people have been super nice to me. But I end up spending 2-4 hours talking on chat just to get anything done.

I really can't explain it but everything that could possible go wrong in the last two months playing there has happened.

I just use to things being easy and automatic. And that just hasn't been the case for anything I have wanted to do .. no matter how minor

By far the worst experience with any book I have ever had. I stopped using them a while ago. Communication is awful. Verification process was painful, and ive never felt more uncomfortable sending anyone my money as I was when I used them.

100% I been doing this since 99 and this is the only time where it's been so weird for me. Put in payout request 3 times today .. Been on cs for like 5 hours today and I still don't have my # .. Been up since 10am trying to get a 3 figure Payout. Unreal

I dont bash books unless its warranted and ive never ever made a negative post about any other book. Every time ive dealt with them they made me feel like i was an inconvenience.

management called me and emailed me with my payout..

the guys from management seem to be really nice to me . And i knew I would get paid.

but i still scratch my head about this book sometimes.

they offer very decent markets. I just wish things were smoother sometimes.

To call them a scam book isn't fair. I don't think they scam anyone.. I just think They need more TLC

i think they have what it takes though i really do .

They do a great job with their markets.
A lot of offerings.

And easily one of the better live books facing the US.

They offer more then most in soccer. Though i hate they are super quick to adjust a total to an asian line. At least dimes will typically offer you both lines .

I think the book has a lot of potential. Every time i lay a bet or look at lines I find myself saying that over and over ...

its just silly stuff that they do time to time that needs to be ironed out. I can get hot quick i know that. But i just wish they were a little bit better... They have potential .. And i never felt that i wouldn't get paid by them. That was never once a feeling they gave me.

Calling them a scam is a bit much.. They could be an "A" book with a little work.

I think partly there's confusion at times because they own a lot of books and they have a lot of customers

Maybe beef up customer support

I called them a scam out of principle.

They shouldnt be protected by sbr. Sbr should not delete posts/threads that contain opinions, and legit concerns
