I think you will have trouble finding any well known book that does not have a similar term allowing them to close accounts without explanation.

In fact I will send you 200 points if you can find one that doesn't and is rated B- or better by SBR.

One good reason for having it is to allow them to not give subjects of fraud or criminal investigations any clues that might help them next time.

In my experience handling complaints just about all top line books will give a proper explanation if they close your account... unless they are legally required not to.

For sure...just crazy it says any account....not account to be found fraud ect...and i agree...yes all the online books pretty much have it

No need to worry every shop has the right to close accounts and refuse to take any more action from the player. The rules are there for legal reasons. Shops like Heritage, 5Dimes, and Bookmaker payout all legit winnings and won't confiscate funds without a darn good reason.

Heritage has been nothing but A++ to me --I just read the rules to make sure i'm not breaking any of them by accident....like where you cant bet a correlated parlay but sometime the system allows it...had to look at the spread %'s...they have the right to void that bet....just trying to stay on good terms and making sure I do everything on my end to stay as legit as possible..

We have always managed our business as such, but I think you would agree, we have to have some safeguards in place. I hope that this addresses your question.
