I have a question
I made a deposit with heritage on 12/31/14 and they matched my deposit
I asked for a withdrawal request and they said i didnt meet rollover requirement.
I thought it was 4x and they are saying 8x
I asked for some kind of proof that it was 8x and cs started backtracking and tried pushing me with the "is there anything else i can help you with"
Im not saying that heritage is pulling a fast one but when cs couldnt come up with a solid answer of whether it was 4x or 8x rollover it started to make me wonder what their deal is.Comment -
Rollover on any kind of deposit bonus has always been 8x as far as I know. Never heard of a we'll match your deposit for only 4x rollover.Comment -
8% cash bonus is 4x rollover. Never heard of a matched deposit. I honestly just think you have no clue what youre talking about and I cant figure out why you havent made at least a 12x rollover in the past five weeks.Comment -

I kept asking cs to show/prove to me where i can find out where the rollover was he kept running around in circles never able to do so. The more he tried giving me the runaround the more i didnt believe him. Kept telling him "if you show me where i can find out that its 8x rollover I will accept it and be done with it." Then he kept saying "is that all i can help you with"
at the end he said "do you want to talk to a supervisor? then call 1-888-.........."
