Heritage Sportsbook call center notice

[SBR Forum]

The Heritage Sportsbook (SBR rating A) call center will be temporarily closed tonight in honor of Christmas.

The Heritage staff will be having their annual Christmas party and will close their call center tonight at 7:30pm PST.

Online wagering will be available as normal and bet grading will be unaffected. The call center will reopen at 10AM PST December 10.

The following statement was posted by Heritage to their players:

"Heritage Sports is a 365 day a year operation and 1 day each year we take the time to celebrate the efforts of our dedicated staff with an Annual Christmas party.

This year we will be closing our call center on Tuesday December 9th at 7:30pm PST and opening again on Wednesday December 10th at 10am PST.

Please access the website or mobile app to place any wagers while our call center is closed to celebrate the holiday.

Thank you for choosing Heritage Sports and we appreciate your understanding."

As usual, heritage came thru for me. Problem with a deposit, talked to the right person, problem solved. I use two other books, but this one I trust the most. Never a problem with a payout and never an issue that wasnt resolved properly. Thanks for providing a comfortable place to play.

Heritage is a stellar book, hands down. They have Bitcoin available in the cashier which is a nice addition. The live chat customer service is easy to deal with and they are fast at resolving issues.
