Need Some Help With YouWager

I deposited $200 with YouWager two days ago, and am up to $3500. I requested a payout for $2500 this morning, and was rejected.

Apparently the 30% bonus I received has a 30 period where I can't get a payout, which I was never aware of.

The rep at YouWager never gave me any stipulations to the bonus, and I kept the e-mails with his bonus offer on it. I understand that there will be roll overs that I need to cover, but I've already covered up to 20 times. Had I know there was a 30 holding period, I would have never agreed to it, and would have just deposited to another book.

This is the e-mail he sent:

I can get you an extra $46 free play on top of your 30% bonus. I noticed you logged on the chat and requested a ** name.

When I called in, they said it was an October bonus.....we were 23 days into November! They also said that 30 days is shorter compared to any other online book. What?! I've worked with 5Dmes, Bookmaker, Heritage, and have never had my funds not available for over 30 days.

When I request a bonus with any other book, they usually ask if I agree to the terms. They never did that this time.

Is there anything I can do?

Yea they normally do have the 30 day wait on the bonuses although they are not very clear. At times depending what bonus you take you can take out your winnings earlier then the 30 days. I think the 30 days is BS too basically there so you can lose your money instead of paying out. And i do not know of any book that is more then 30 days like they say all the others i have played at have paid out way less then 30 days.

If they hold you hostage for 30 days I would play somewhere else for the remainder of your waiting period. I just deposited $200 yesterday at Hr wager and took the bonus which included a $400 freeplay with a 15x roll....if I find out that theres a 30 day wait on that ill be pissed.

I normally use heritage, and will continue but I wanted to try to build up a decent amount somewhere then cash out. I usually take money out of heritage each week if im winning without letting my balance get too high.

Sorry, I calculated wrong. I've had $4,503.69 in qualifying plays.

They never told me about any roll over when I claimed the bonus, but when I called in, they said it was 6x.

Wow...6x is nothing. If their rules are clear, then theres nothing you can don but wait. I wouldnt give them much action though for a while. Deposit somewhere else and wait for your money. Whether in their rules or not, 30 days is terrible to wait for your money.

It depends on the bonus . If it is the basic one that you click on when you deposit i think you have to wait. But at times they call up with these supposed amazing deals. I guess if you are just doing $100 or so it is great 100% plus points. But a lot of times i would just say what do i get if i deposit $400-$500 . They would give me then 30% or 40% and points . But the 40% i think had the 30 day wait no matter what. The 30% i think had the 30 day wait but winnings were taken out any time after rollover met.
I did cash out once here for $10000 and it was under 30 days because it was the winnings .

Hi Sourt my friend how you been. I agree i do not like the 30 Days either. I do like the wheel Spin though lol. I do not know any SBs though that have that long of a wait. They told him others are longer then 30 Days. Would be interested to see if that is true or if they were just blatantly lying .

That's what I thought was weird, I don't know any other legitimate sportsbook that has it longer than 30 days.
