That stake looks like a max limit bet for bundesliga 2, and I am afraid they are accussing you of multiaccounting.
This is bad because even if you are innocent i doubt they want to hear anybody's opinion

2)I'm understand , that it is for hight limits was bet , but all documents i'm was send , limits max , but i'm not up their limits(how they was say!) . I'm not understand what i'm was make bad ? Creat account , make bet , win , send documents(all documents and foto near face) ... Why than they give this limits , if it is limits problem for they ? I'm understand if limits will 1 000 000 euro and sombody will make 1 bet , but ... 1250 euro(In % marge) , it is big limits ? It is not my problem , if they was brake my bet , and after understand that they was make misstake , becose may be all was makes bet on total<<< , but if they brake and after come back bet(for 1 coeficent) , than book can't be have raiting B+ ? All documents , normaly bet ( bet365 was give 1.9 on Total< ! 0.06 ? It is not serios.

3)I'm very more was read complaints's on russian/belarus/ukraine forums(with english bad how all see) , and moments when accounts was blocked and come back for 1 coeficent ( when was make's live bets with obviously errors coeficents i'm can understand , it is normaly for all books ) , but my case not similar to the previous . Coeficent normaly . bet ando 15-20 minuts before match ... it is steal and this is obvious .

There are several open complaints against Marathonbet, most of them players accused of submitting fraudulent documents and not passing KYC. Marathonbet had their rating lowered to B- last week. SBR has a call scheduled with Marathonbet to re-discuss the cases, but as of now, they are unwilling to consider certification of documents and are limited in what they're willing to share with SBR.

If Marathonbet believes you were guilty of multi accounting or fraud, the only recourse is to launch a complaint against them through the Alderney Gambling Control Commission, and the UK Gambling Commission.

I never had such troubles with them. My experience is just that they limit extremely fast. I was limited to 1€ after very few bets.

So I guess that what they want to avoid is large stakes such as yours Vladislav. And thats why theyre trying to accuse you of fraud.
If youre right, they really sound like a scam

Marathon is huge,why would they make a problem about 1300 euro.Out of blue guy register and after one game ask for withdrawal(its ok) without prior verifying account. Why would you do that? Why not deposit to your everyday book even with slightly lower odds,if you need money after game.
It would be just great if Marathon explin to SBR why they ban guys like Vladislav.

P.s regarding Marathonbet limits,you can rebet as much as you want.

I'm was make 1 bet and on all bets bets max - 1uero - > it is 1 reason , becose i'm was make only 1 bet ...

Usuly i'm was make's bets' in bet365 , but on this time i'm was money on payments system , and time for match , i'm think 0.06 it is not big difference , but for 1350 euro good feel ... And in raiting SBR B raiting was , why not try ?...

It is incredible how they harass and humiliate people. I have an account with them for 5 years. I made more than 100 deposits and 5 or 6 withdrawals. They asked me to send documents everytime I initiated a withdrawal. After a few days they asked more papers, and then more, and more. Last time it took 1 month to have it processed. 3 days ago I requested another withdrawal and the nightmare started again: they want documents. I called them and explained the situation and some operator confirmed they don't need any more papers and asked me to ignore their email. Today I checked the status of my withdrawal and then I spent at least 3 hours on livechat and tellephone, because another operator told me they still want the documents. I submitted them again and now I must wait 72 hours for them to be verified. The same documents have already been verified a few times in the past

(except the bills because they required newer ones). The good news is they also limited my account to 1 Eur (after 5 years of giving them heavy action!) so I will never bet here again.
