They are the biggest liars in the sports gaming world!! Do yourself a favor and stay away. I was contacted and given a free play bonus that had to be rolled over 10 times, along with their casino bonus which also had to be rolled over. I did and have been asking them for the over 1000.00 dollars they said they would pay. They continue to tell me one story after another. They even sent me a very fake looking payout card which had me thinking that they would initially pay me. Turns out their owner is a scam artist that stole alot of information from another company he worked for.So he had names and emails to start with people he knew already bet. They constantly give excuses for a payout dept. that is NEVER open. The girl that contacted me is Wendy Sosa, that over course maybe a fake name. The manager is just a big a liar as this Wendy promising the payout. They even gave me another 1000.00 dollar free play just because they claim they were having issues with their Canadian payout company, and still no money. I have been happy with the company I am with so the only thing wasted is alot of time and some stress of chasing their constant lies around. I just want people to be aware of them because I truly believe they will NEVER pay anybody if that unsuspecting person were to give these scum even a dollar. I even flat asked them to just be honest and say they never had any intention on paying me to only have them give me the "you will be paid on Tuesday" story for the 17th time. Over 3 1/2 months of chasing them around. Beware they do not keep their word.

This company probably has 4 people working for them. They have the same people and just change their names online to help perpetuate their scam. They have NO INTENTION on ever paying out anyone.Their payout card is laughable at best. This thing is suppose to be an ATM card and it would not even be used for children's games. Also the norm with most companies is name and password but these clowns will answer and know who you are because unsuspecting people will have confrontation after confrontation with them. They have the same 4 people working there and a payout dept that has never been open to where I could speak with someone. When I started to call them out on their lie they kept telling me that calling them names will only have me waiting longer. I was nice when I started dealing with them but its companies like this that give all of them a bad name. They will never pay! This is just a straight scam company.

I have also tried to collect my INITIAL DEPOSIT MONEY back, and have only seen about 1/4 of it in a little over 2 months. I received the same payout card but was given payouts of $1000 twice on it. They gave me the same "Canadian wire" excuse, and claim that their payout card is having a "serious issue". Aside from my deposit money, I am also up a large sum, which I haven't even touched in the 2 months ive been trying to collect. I jump on chat almost every day, and speak to their managers, but it is the same run around excuse every single time. I would NEVER recommend depositing ANY MONEY on this site, because they will assure you the world and make it seem like everything is fine, but will end up scamming you for your deposit money and winnings. Unfortunately, I was dumb enough to deposit my own money on here, but do as I say and stay FAR AWAY from this company. They are extremely unprofessional and asked me "who I liked for the super bowl, because I was the big winner on their site" .... Just gives you an idea of what one would be dealing with.

The managers who I speak to give me excuse after excuse, more specifically that they were awaiting "A large Canadian wire" to pay everyone out and it has been delayed. I was also told after I took money of the card that it had suddenly stopped working and that their payout card platform is having a "serious issue" and has been frozen. They offer ** and **, in which I requested on multiple occasions to be paid, but was told that they are unable to send it due to the fact that ** would question the transaction and eventually cancel it.

Aside from my deposit money, I am also up a large sum, which I haven't even touched in the 3 months ive been trying to collect. I'm either on chat or on the phone almost every day, but it is the same run around excuse every single time. I would NEVER recommend depositing ANY MONEY on this site, because they will assure you until you are blue in the face that you will be paid, but will end up scamming you for your deposit money and winnings. Unfortunately, I was naive in depositing my own money on here, but please do as I say and stay FAR AWAY from this company. I tried creating a new thread with a more detailed description of what happened to me. I want to get the word out on these people who think it is all right to scam people out of thousands of dollars and still be able to operate without any consequences.

They have decided to "shut down" to US customers, which isn't a surprise since they are probably dead broke. Regardless if you are in the United States or not, please take my advice and do not give these people ANY BUSINESS at all. They need to be BLACKLISTED ASAP

They told me that the final decision was to "return all my *********** deposits" (which they claimed they have done once before and never did), and pay out the remainder of my balance in 4 checks (one every 2 weeks).

I have requested a check payout once before from them, and they never sent it to me. I asked for a tracking number and they gave me some bogus number for USPS that wouldn't track. They claim they aren't able to make cash payments any longer, meanwhile you have the rest of the sports book industry sending cash payments with no issues.

I apologize, but I had to create a new name (previously Wolf41524) since my email was no longer accessible.

Anyway, I've spoken to every person on that site, but as of late, have been dealing strictly with DANIEL. No one will really even entertain me any more because they say "its his case". The most recent update they gave me was one of the CS reps relayed a message from Daniel to me that he already told me to dispute the charges and doesn't want to speak with me. While Daniel and I were on the phone earlier this month, he said I would be sent out the remainder of my winnings via 2 separate checks the SECOND WEEK OF MARCH, but obviously that never happened. The rep now said he will talk to me after April 15th - When I tried to ask what the significance of April 15th was, he wouldn't answer.

Tiff, their "meeting" excuse is extremely stale - They literally say it every single day. I've called them out on MULTIPLE occasions about this, but they just insist that everyone is extremely busy and is unable to speak at that time. Also as of late, my phone calls are not being answered - I will call the number, it will not ring at all, and then the line hangs up. I've also noticed that chat is "offline" a lot more lately, and they hardly ever respond to emails anymore. I will keep the thread updated as I have been, because my intention is to have this book exposed and prevent them from making another dollar from any customer.

I haven't talked to OSGA. I filed a complaint through here, but when Daniel told them I disputed a charge, SBR refused to help me. Not sure why, because global is clearly in the wrong here, but I do really feel like SBR left me hung out to dry on this one. I also asked for them to revisit the case about a month after and they declined.

Maybe now that more and more people are showing how much of a scam they are, they look into the case further again, or contact them about it? Mods?

Why would you be afraid to post it? Did you get paid or are they doing the same thing to you? It helps if we get all of their wrong doing out in the public to prevent this from happening to other people. Also to try to convince SBR to try to help with our situations

Because they threaten to not pay if you put things in messege boards, so any details would give away who you were. I'm sure we will not get paid but it would be nice to get some help from SBR.

They started with a European per head service because they give you a free trial period. That expired so now they are using a Costa Rican per head service because that is where they are located. You would have to be mental to deposit with these people and believe their stories.

they refunded my cc deposit, but they still owe me 5k, and i gave up. after the same bs stories over and over, I was told they had to wait for money to come in. the last few days ive been trying to call again, because I havent for a month already, and the phone just disconnects. my cell shows the call connecting, and then disconnecting. they are no longer answering my emails. jay is a scammer. ive been dealing with alice and jross. jay was my account manager with a different sportsbook a while ago. he called me out of nowhere and made all these promises...I switched sportsbooks cuz im a dumb ass, and got ******. ive never had so much stress. this is going on since october. bullshit mother fuckers

If your deposit amount was refunded, you wont be able to dispute the charge. The bank won't give you a credit for a charge you've already received a refund for.

Jay is the worst person on that site to talk to. He's sarcastic, demeaning, and just an overall a$shole. Don't waste your time on him.

I was also told today on the phone that another company is "taking over" for them, and they will be in charge of giving us the remainder of our winnings. I still dont understand how SBR has not helped any of us or called on our behalf to try to help us out. Is there anywhere else we can go to?
