BetOnline Constantly Logging Me Out Last Few Days

This is the regular BOL site, which used to virtually never logout is now logging me out after a very short time and it doesn't seem to matter if i'm active. It happens in live betting in addition to the regular book. This started happening around a week ago. Is this happening to anyone else?

I know it sounds a bit trite. But have you tried deleting cookies in case you have a bad one?

Yes. Starting to become alittle ridiculous, especially with live betting. Doesn't matter if your active or not.

Its happening to me as well, its making the site pretty unusable. It's not just a timeout situation, sometimes it does it after a few minutes, sometimes immediately after placing a bet. As OP said, it also does it during live betting which is ridiculous. Definitely not a cookie issue as I run in a sandbox.

yup just under a week been going on.

they cant even argue its a "security issue" as the reason. you can usually get right back to placing bets by clicking on sportsbook etc without every having to retype your password. I never understood the websites love with constantly logging people out. Does the site not run as smoothe when too many people are logged in? that is the only possible reason i can think of.

there websites usabilty went from about an 8 out of 10 to a 3 out of 10 in about a week.

Also, I used to like to use the mobile site on my laptop. Several months ago they updated the live site and since then I can't log into that from my laptop. Is this also an issue anyone else has had?

10 minutes. i thought it was because i had taken a withdrawal but apparently not. the real problem is with live betting because ive been in the middle of confirming a bet and have been logged out and have to scramble before the next play. very annoying

Heritage logs you out, but still leaves you at the page you were on. BOL throws you out completely, its very frustrating for comparing lines. It also doesn't have anything to do with inactivity, sometimes BOL throws you out IMMEDIATELY after placing a bet.

I have not noticed any set length of time, seems to be all over the place. Sometimes very short. As others have said quite a few times just after making a play. During live is very annoying of course. Clearly this issue is on their end. While they are looking it this, I would really like to be able to use the mobile site on my pc which has been impossible for me to login to since they completely switched over to their new mobile site.

Yes, it is really annoying to be logged out with live betting screen. Just imagine that you want make a bet during NFL commercial break, you find you are logged out, you hurry up log in, and load up the live betting screen again, took 30 seconds, find the right game and right bet, another 15 seconds, and finally make a bet which they delay for 10 seconds (which is acceptable during live action, but head-scratching during game break). Now you are lucky if they didn't change the price otherwise you have to clear the bet slip (because there is no choice to accept the new price) and re-do the bet again. 99% of time, the break is over and line moves or market closed. Why bother? They need to copy what Bookmaker is doing, otherwise they are just losing business on live betting.

So I just noticed that i'm still logged in and I have not been on the site for hours. I'm thinking the issue was fixed. Thanks 'sbrforum' and bol for getting this fixed.
