And today I see e-mail from Bwin - Congradulations!You have won your bet, of course they count this "winning" with koef 1, so just cancel my bet and move back my money.I am really fed up with theyr method of work, I have waited my 1-st withdrawal for 2 weeks, and again thay make me happy), could I feel your complaint form?Thanks

I only can repeat the advise I gave you in the other topic - first try to ask the support, than contact SBR.
Many betting offices don't like if you get SBR involved BEFORE you tried to solve the problem with the support, and this also gives SBR a lot more "work" than needed....
About your problem:
If I understand well what happened is, that Bwin graded your bet as a push.
If a bet is graded as a push - just as if it's cancelled by the support for late posting, or other reason - it shows as "cancelled in the history". As they notified you from the winning, it looks sure to me, that this is simply a wrongly settled bet.
The problem is, - imho - that Bwin settled your bet as if only 5 goals were scored.
Contact their PHONE support immediately, tell them they settled your bet xy is settled as push via a mistake, and you'll get your balance corrected very soon, as this is an obvious mis-settling.
I suggest you to call them now, as if you call them later, it will get only corrected on monday, as financial department is not working on weekends.
If you choose to contact them via email, copy two links about the final score in your message (www.nhl.com , www.sportsline.com/nhl/scoreboard etc...). In this case, they will most likely correct the bet only on monday.
If they decline correcting your bet (after contacting them, give them 48 working hours first), than fill out a form, and contact SBR.
Again, first always try to deal with the support, than ask SBR for help.Comment -

I have sent them e-mail appr 5 hours ago - no answer, and I think that they just will ignore me like they usualy do.The problem is in mistake of theyr risk manager, all another books has 1.7-1.8 in this market, so Bwin customer's have to answer for Bwin's stuff mistake.They just cancel my bet without any reason, they still do not care about players and do a lot of strange things without any explanation.How players can defense their rights?I will call them today, but if player don't have money or just dont want to call them?Thay have to deal all problem using their customer service's e-mail but I exactly know that Bwin will ignore my letter as usual.Is it normal?Comment
