don't think so - have to play the spread line available as a straight bet - no buying points - no other lines or totals - that would be the only wager that can be cancelled

Not cool what happened to me on this promotion. I had played both games at 250 each because I thought the website said you can only cancel one bet per game.

When I went to cancel both they told me I could only cancel one and referred me to the website rules. When I went back to the website it did say you can only cancel one game. I was pissed at myself for missing that and thought I was losing my mind.

But reading this thread confirms what heritage did as it seems like they corrected the website at some point. I thought it didn't say that when I looked up the rules early in the week and checking out sbr today confirmed what I was thinking.

I remember telling the clerk ok you guys got me for 275 on this trick. He told me that they weren't trying to get me that the website was clear but now I do see the trick was on me.

Yeah, Shopp is right, earlier in the week the wording was different. It cost me as well, but I didn't throw a fuss as its a good promo either way. Was disappointing though.

I got screwed on this promo as well. I put a 250 bet on both games. When I logged in at halftime, I had a message waiting in my account saying that I was not eligible for the promotion, that they were sorry for any confusion and that I could contact them and cancel both bets as long as I did so before the game started. The annoying thing is that they did not email me. They just left a message in my account. Having a kid, Halloween can be kind of a busy day. I placed the bets the day before and did not log in until half time of the games. I have no idea why they would go to the trouble of placing a note in my account but not email me.

Their website still had the incorrect wording on Friday. I checked. After reading Insiders response saying they will correct the wording I checked the following day and it did appear to change. However, I went back to look Friday before placing my bets and the incorrect wording was back.

I don't know if you are trying to weasel your way to a refund or not but I find it weird that you found this thread AFTER the fact and not BEFORE.

Hey bigjoe1212,

I only found this out when I tried to log in at halftime to cancel both and was pissed when I could only cancel one. I was pissed at myself for not understanding the rules. But now I see I did understand the rules as to when I placed the wager. I never would have placed bets on both games as the best way to take advantage of the promotion is to bet one game only. I feel like I blew $275 being misled. It also is more bothersome when I am having a very bad year and lost a lot of momentum Friday when this happened.
