Do You Think Bitcoin Books Will Ever Dump USA Players???
There are some books that won't let you in if you are using an IP from the US. If you use a VPN showing outside of the US, they let it go and have been paying players. They don't request personal information.

There'd be little point in them continuing to exist if they dumped US players.
They are the only ones who need to use Bitcoin.
The rest of the world can gamble with real money.

No. I'd be more concerned with the falling price of these shitcoins.

May 22, 2010 - Someone name Laszlo made a bitcoin transaction - 10,000 bitcoins for $25 worth of pizza.
In today's value they paid $3.7 million for the pizza.

Most affiliate programs won't work with books which accept US players. So, many with affiliate programs don't let you in. But sure thing you can bypass it.
