I having a issue getting prematch plus on my iPad is this usuall issue anyone?

Pre-Match isn't available on 5Dimes.eu yet, have to go through Propbet. Regardless, not a Mac issue. Doesn't load on Windows either (as of 5 minutes ago). Some kind of server issue.

Been down since at least 4 am est time on my end. Asked chat about it couple hours ago & all they said was they were working on it, should be up anytime. About 75% of my balance is in there hope they get it running soon, I need to transfer some chips.

It's not loading for me either. It seems to start to load and then stops and gives me a timeout error.
