Here is one for you gus that has me a little pissed. I have made several deposits with BetPhoenix and lost my money and bonus but made another this weekend and won. I deposited 100 and got 100 in free play and won. I met their rollover and requested a withdrawl for half my balance but was then told that if you accept a free play bonus you have to meet the rollover AND wait 14 days to withdraw any winnings. Also if you take a cash bonus you have to meet a bigger rollover which is understandable but you have to wait 30 days to withdraw any funds. In my 16 years of using offshore books, I have NEVER heard of any book having a rollover and a waiting period. One or the other is fair and understandable but definitely not both. What a joke. In my opinion, If this book is going to survivr it better fix this policy to mirror the better books like BetJamaica,The Greek,and VIP.com.

Bookmaker requires a 30 day hold on the sign-up bonus only but none of these books require a wait on a reload bonus. They only ask for a rollover. BetPhoenix just needs to be fair and just require a rollover no matter how big they want it and get rid of the waiting period if they want to keep our business.

This is one problem I had with them too.
When I called after the 14 days, it then turned into 14 "business" days!
total BS!
If you send cash, there should be NO waiting period beyond rollover requirements!
They are just hoping that you will lose your balance, thats what they are banking on!

I sent Moneygram every time too. No credit cards or anything like that. Like I said, rollover or waiting period but not both. When I made my deposits they only told me about the rollover. I didnt hear about the waiting period until I called to ask why my withdrawl hadnt been taken out of my account.

Their software is good and reminds me of Bet Jamaica and I read good things about them so I checked them out. They offered good bonuses and my account rep is cool but nobody mentioned the 14 or 30 day waits or I would have kept playing where I was at.

This man speaks the truth.

From my numerous experiences with BetPhoenix I have come to some conclusions.

1. They will pay you within 24 hours no questions asked.

2. They will HOLD all your funds deposited within 14 days but there is another part to this. Any amount over what you had put on ANNNND has cleared is possible to take out that moment but if it hasn't cleared (usually 5-10 days after first putting it on) You will be SOL and I learned this the hard way.

Soooo

Day 1: Put on $100 with $100 Bonus
Day 2: BROKE
Day 8: Deposit another $100 no bonus this time.
Day 13: You can cash out all money OVER $300 but must keep $300 on ($200 + $100 bonus)
Day 15: You can now take out all but $100 (Day 8 money)
Day 25: All your funds will be cleared and anything you have on should be eligible.

I went through the situation above back in January and was told basically what you see above.

I ended up cashing out $500 on Day 13 because I had $800 on account.

Day 25: I took out the remaining few hundy I had.

I've noticed a few books who are doing that now. For what reason I don't know but the moment sportsbook.com started doing that as a ploy to slow-pay I left. Also there were other reasons but regardless I'm not sending my id and credit card bill outside the country.

As long as a book clearly states the rules it is fine, if they don't or try to be shady about it then it's not, seems like you just did not read the TOS thoroughly enough, there are a few other books who also do this

I think you should call and speak to a different account rep. I have alway been told that I can withdraw any amount over deposit and bonus at any time. I usually don't take the bonus, so I don't have to worry with it, but I'm sure I've been told by Charles that you can withdraw your winnings at anytime if you do take the bonus.

its simple you deposit 200 get 200 9x roll

you meet the rollover in 2 days you can take your funds out. i have done this so i know for a fact





you put 3600 in action and meet your rollover you can withdraw.

no 14 day hold or 30 day hold ever for me and i always make sure i state that when depositing so there is no confusion

EOG had the 200 for 200 9x rollover posted by richard on EOG clearly states no rollover

so if i were you i would call back and ask for either fred or richard and speak with them.

for example

deposit 200 for 200 on march 1st go bust

reup march 2nd for 200 for 200 go bust

reup march 3rd for 200 for 200 meet the 9 x roll you are able to take out whatever you want. those previous deposits mean nothing

They make sense when you are pulling out money because if the funds have not cleared they don't want to let you take out money that would leave them short handed. I also have Charles as my rep and he told me this explicitly. It is done to prevent shot takers from charging back on CC's after withdraweling same day through moneygram on site.

well i'm talking about ** deposits with cash so i'm clear to take my funds out any time as long as i meet my rollover

those CC deposits makes the withdraw process complicated IMHO so i never go that route

I also told him that you guys said that yall dont have to wait 14 days and he agreed to give me my withdrawl. I was only taking out $1000 so it wont kill them.
