It doesn't matter what happens to the price of Bitcoin between depositing and withdrawing. It the price goes down you will simply be giving more when you cash out. Equivalent to the amount of US dollars they are worth that day.

Yeah, that's the thing. You're so clueless about bitcoins but occasionally you act as though you know something about it. Either you're totally incapable of learning about bitcoins or unwilling. And it's not that complicated, so I'm guessing you're just unwilling.

The U.S. government (as well as some states) can and have regulated the purchase of bitcoins from exchanges, etc. None of them can regulate what you do with your bitcoins. That's by design. Even if the government tried to regulate the use of bitcoins, it wouldn't have any effect. To regulate the use, you would have to have some mechanism of enforcement, which is totally nonexistent with respect to bitcoins.

So please, either educate yourself or give up on giving advice to people about something that you acknowledge you are ignorant about.

Why not just send & receive from coinbase directly to nitrogen? Why the need for blockchain?

against coinbase's TOA - fairly new prohibition

btw-- adding a wallet or 2 in-between increases the anonymity

For those looking to get some bitcoin circle.com just finished their beta and is now available to everyone. It allows you to buy bitcoins instantly with your cr3dlt c4rd and is a lot less of a hassle than coinbase.

It is only just out of beta but those who participated in the beta were positive in the feedback. I just tried them out for the first time myself just now and it was a smooth experience.

If so... give them cash or paypal then have them send you btc to your wallet. You can setup a wallet in mins

I believe there are no fees if you link your bank account. That is not available to Australians so I bought via card and from my statement it does not seem like I paid any additional charge. Buying bitcoin from them is pretty much as simple as it could get. There are limits to how much you can initially buy though. I would wait a few weeks and see the feedback others give particularly those using the same card/bank brand as you.

so if you have a nitrogen account how many 3rd party bitcoin providers do you need??

Is it just Nitro and then lets say Circle??

"At this time, bank accounts and ************ from your country cannot be linked to Circle. Our apologies for the inconvenience. We’re working on it and hope to be able to provide this functionality soon."
Yeah, I got the exact same message when signing up. But I added a card anyway and was able to buy.

JJ, you can buy bitcoin from Circle and send it straight to your nitrogen account if you want but I would add a degree of separation from your identity and your Nitrogen account. I would go Circle-->Blockchain.info Wallet--> Nitrogen.

Personally I don't sell any bitcoin I acquire so I cannot test this to be sure on Circle but when I go to withdraw funds it gives me my card as the withdraw option and I assume I would be able to. If not I could just send the bitcoin I bought to coinjar and sell it from there so I'm not too bothered.

Yeah, also just noticed something else I should have mentioned. Unless you are using a special card with no foreign currency conversion fee there is no way arround paying the (usually) 3% charge that the bank will issue. I thought that you could deposit with an aud charge but looks like at the moment it is always in USD.

I guess right now Circle is best for Americans and for other countries it is still the fastest way to get coins online if you have a card but will be even better once we can deposit via card in our local currencies.
