I wanted to know if I would have any issues if they found out.. balances forfeited etc... has there been complaints submitted ever regarding this?

No, no complaints and they wouldn't mind anyway...but it's a pretty costly and non-guaranteed way to transfer a balance. Which book do you want to get out of?

You'll be good. You know that you'll be paying a vig obv but it won't be an issue unless theres any shady activity on your account.

Heritage and 5Dimes do free sportsbook transfers with each other. If you simply want to transfer some or all of your balance and you don't have a rollover to meet then just do that. If you are asking if they care if you scalp or middle between the 2 book, no they won't care. 5Dimes, however, will sharply limit and place a wager delay on anyone who consistently plays +ev plays of any decent size.
