Finished my roll tried to cash out.... They said they cannot currently send funds to my state. Put funds back in my account and said I am free to play with it without restrictions. Why would I do that If I can't be paid? Started a thread here asking about my state that was quickly deleted. Should have just thrown the promotion in the trash.

Deposited $200 with mybookie.ag approximately a week ago. Tried to cash out $295 a few days later, but since i accepted a bonus was told i need to roll it over 5x. After arguing with a customer service rep that this was not explained to me at the time of being given the bonus, the rollover was lowered to 3x. I have now ran my balance up to $1500. Requested a payout yesterday at around 11:00 pm. myboookie.ag says they process payouts within 48 hours. The clock starts now.Comment -
Be careful! Shop should have at least three year clean payout record and the ability to talk with GM for clarifying any dispute. Better choices out there.Comment -
I got a call from a very pushy rep from there today. (Not sure which of the previous sleazy sportsbook sold my info but Im sure it was one)
I initially politely declined as I had other things to do and wasnt really in the mood to mess with account sales rep. Told guy they were too new for me and maybe at a later date.
He kept on pushing very aggressively so I decided to have a bit of fun. I asked him how long they had been in business, he answers years, I asked who the owner was and what book he was previously associated with. Was told he did not know. I questioned him on why it would make sense to to know your owner and the book history associated with him/her. He then stated he had been in industry for 10 years. Of course next question was where, he didnt know.
I then asked anywhere I could get feedback from them. According to him they were rated 4.5 stars on SBR. After playing along for a moment I told the guy that 4.5 stars was not really a rating used by SBR. He begins to bash SBR on a variety of levels. I told him I worked for SBR. He begins to back step. I asked again about the 4.5 stars. He tells me have a nice day.
IN the end they may be alright but my guy today was an obvious sleazeball.

I received a phone call from these sleazebags last week. Obviously on a list. Explained to the guy that I'd consider posting up there, once they sent me the amount they stole from me when they were Betonsports. After the guy feigned ignorance, I explained that their original FAQ stated they used to run Betonsports. Guy apologized, said he'd look into it with management, and would get back to me. I'm still waiting a week and a half later. Meanwhile another rep called me yesterday, and started his spiel. I asked what's going on with getting me my money they stole when they were Betonsports, guy quickly hung up.Comment -

Started playing at Mybookie, really like their site through my mobile request a payout and received it fairly quickly through **. I will not however the processor they use has se issues. Maybe they need a little more time to be viable but payout was not too badComment -
