Bovada Incorrectly Graded Wager

So I placed a wager on the Twins/Tigers series for this past weekend. Twins won two of the first three games. The Bovada ticket (below) clearly states that the wager is for the first three games. Detroit won the fourth game and the wager was graded as a push. I've contacted customer service and they're adamant that this was graded correctly. Isn't this incorrect? The wager ticket clearly says it's for the first three games of the series!

After complaining for the second time they fixed the error. So while it took some work I should give Bovada props for fixing the mistake. Thanks for the help!!
