5 Dimes Problems

Try not to get frustrated. Their CS is kind of known for not treating customers with kid gloves.

Thank you for the suggestions and help. OK so I sent a bitcoin deposit and I keep getting either no response or a response that they don't have my address. I send them all the information and they send me the same email, they need my information. I have sent it about 10 times. I have done a 3 bitcoins with them in the past couple weeks without a problem dealing with Max. All others I could care less.

Then I was promised 10% cash bonus on my deposits and nobody is giving them to me, they claim they don't remember even though I provide the name of the person I was chatting with and the date and time.

Is there anybody over there that actually cares that is willing to help?

Sounds like you aren't getting far if it has gone 10 emails already.

I'm not sure about bitcoin procedures yet myself either.

Thanks so much for the advice, I got a hold of Tony and he fixed everything for me. He was a huge help along with Max to get things fixed. I appreciate you guys helping me out, with this!
