Wow this is weird. I just tried to open a Neteller acct for the hell of it. I'm in Michigan. It give me my acct number and everything. Had to call customer support with an issue with my SSN. While talking to the lady... she said only people living in New Jersey and Nevada are the only states in the USA to have Neteller access. I said... well why did your system allow me to sign up for? She said... good question. I don't know why. I said... well what's my next step? She said... your only option is to close your acct. Unreal. Usually neteller blocks IP's. This is odd. Something is wrong here.

Spoke with NT support today. Depositing is as OP says, however withdrawal sounds more complicated. CS agent would not confirm that books would pay back to NT account. Some may, some may not, she could not provide a list or even confirm if any book was on board. No transferring to other NT accounts either.

Hopefully this is just the start of a return to regular NT access for Canadians.

Ya, I did not call but that is what I was starting to see. I think the MassterCarrdd part of this might be the key. Either way, I will be keeping an eye on this for future use if it makes sense.

Update as I don't see much discussion on the topic.... 5D and DSI still not accepting this deposit method. Received conflicting info from Pinny but was able to deposit.

Would be nice for the books to get on board.
