First time I had hear about this but some quick googling dashed my hopes for it. http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28...anada-1467469/

It's basically just a pre paid m@sterc@rd with high fees that you can only use to deposit to sites with. Not remotely the same as the Neteller e-wallet that we used to have in Canada several years ago.

Having Neteller back in its full capacity would have been great. If only more books took Instadebit and ecopayz then things would be much better.
