    Today they change license on site melbet.com.
    Pelican Entertainment B.V. a private limited liability company organized and existing in Curacao registered in the Commercial register of Curacao no. 126922 and has a sublicense CIL pursuant to Master gaming License №5536/JAZ.


    What can someone advise me now?

      According to some information the license is issued by CIL(Curacao Interactive Licensing). It is a private company. I addressed my issue to

      My complaint was read many times but without reply still.

      I ask SBR to verify my information and contact with them.

            It is good that you continue to chase these people, but honestly I do not hold out much hope that a company like this, which enables the proliferation of underfunded/shady books, will be of any assistance.

              I completed a complaint form.
              Answer from E-management:
              “Dear Dzmitry,

              We regret to inform you that we are unable to assist you. e-Management N.V. does not handle any player disputes of any kind. We suggest you contact the customer support of the site you have a complaint about. If such is unsuccessful, you can always consider contacting a lawyer.
              Wishing you happy holidays and best of luck with your case.

              After this email I contacted the customer support of melbet.com. They refused to give me contacts for lawsuit.

              It is very interesting situation. Nobody wants to provide me any contacts. The license is issued by E-management and they are doing nothing. Unfortunately I don’t know about laws of the Curacao.
              I don’t know where I could forward my complaint.

              Can somebody advise me something in this situation?
