    So I took advantage of the 100% bonus by Dsi win2014 lost that but had big run around just to explain poker bonus at first. No problem blow that and call again to see if I an get another bonus, guy tells me you can use halloffame for 100 sports Fp bonus so I deposit the 300 now they tell me it's only for new acts won't review the tape or ask guy who told me since they know they are wrong. Is that not terrible and trapping customers I would never make the deposit for 300 if I wasn't getting a 100% bonus so now I'm screwed and we customers of the industry have to deal with it. I'm tired of this offshore trash and how they can treat us however they want end of rant...

    Can these liars do this? I might need to stick with heritage I never look for a bonus but thought that Dsi was legit this is crazy the hoopla you go thru when they tell you one thing and now another when your hard earn money is involved smh.

      They should review the tape and honor your bonus. DSI please do good thing! File a complaint.

        Personally I would attempt sending an email asking them to review the decision first.

        Do you want them to refund the deposit if they don't give a bonus?

          Just filed the complaint thanks guys it's def not right they should all be on the same page can't tell somebody something then say I'm sorry he was wrong but not honor it who does that.

            Still not hearing anything back doesn't seem like they will be budging off of the miss claim of the bonus which is fine just wont use them again. But just wanted to share this and tell others to be careful you might get catch in this same situation boys BOL and have a great Sat night.

              They've done this before to another guy here. They told him he would qualify for the bonus and then when he did they told him he didn't qualify.

                They tried it with me today too. Offered the bonus, I deposited yesterday, CS explained the rollover I agreed and she said it would be in my account shortly. Still not in today. I called and they said I was not eligible. After some back and forth I requested them to refund my deposit. CS consulted a supervisor who agreed to give it to me.

                  Wish it was that easy for me 70s when I told the rep what happen she put me on hold for a few seconds and then told me no supervisor was currently available so I was SOL basically. Didn't even look into it further or say they would have one follow up with me. I blew the second deposit yesterday wasn't going to wait I had games I wanted to bet, but thought I was getting this 100% Fp and 10% casino bonus is exactly what the guy told me I could get with halloffame code. He said when you call back in give them that code no spaces, nothing about it being for a new act because obviously I wasn't a new act I have been with them for years just hardly ever use them. This was prob the last straw. It's a joke it even takes this long for them to review a two min tape and see that the rep was wrong and gave me bad info oh well.
