List of Trusted Bitcoin Sportsbooks

I think we need to make a definitive list of trusted bitcoin sportsbooks. I've spent some time searching the forum and it's not that easy to find up-to-date info.

To start with, why choose Bitcoin's book and what are they better than Betfair for example with?

From my little experience they have less markets and deversity of bets and almost no livebetting.

I'd like this thread to just be a list of trusted Bitcoin books, not a discussion on the merits of them.

Can vouch for Nitrogen sports.
Instant deposits, Instant withdrawals (unless betting esports), lines copied from Pinnacle with a bit more juice on them and sometimes about the same when it comes to major US sports. Limits on some sports will be a bit low for some and they take a big longer grading certain sports than they should but you have nothing to lose giving them a try. Not really tempted to try any others at this point as none of them seem as good as Nitrogen on the surface. That being said will have to test out 5Dimes bitcoin implementation but I don't consider them a typical bitcoin book as they aren't strictly bitcoin.

Also read in another read that SBR is working on Bitcoin book reviews and lists at the moment.
