Yeah occasionally this error occurs and yeah it started again yesterday. I had to log back in a good 10-15 times last night.

Tnak you very much for your answer. Now i'm sure that's a problem with their website and that doesn't come from my computer (Pinnacle always asks me to clear caches and cookies..).

It sill could be that you both have the same problem on your computers.

It might be worth checking all your software is up to date. Java especially. https://www.java.com/verify/

it's even worth now! The message that appears on blank screen now is "not found (error to origin" ??Almost impossible t use asian view!!

Never had this problem and I logged in a good 1000 times using the asian view. It must be your web browser

i use different computers and different browsers, so i hardly believe problem comes from my web browser..

One day has passed and that is worst and worst, now most of time i click somewhere using asian view i have that message that appears "the data you requested is temporarely unavailable" !! Don't you have that message too???

That's very bad. I just checked, everything works fine here. Have you tried using the web page with Tor Browser to see if it works with another connection?

I'm sorry for all of you who experience the same issue, but at least i feel a bit relieved to know and hear that the problems doesn't come from my computer, because i really was fed up always hearing that was a problem with my computer, my connection, my browser..

There was a period this morning when everything worked fine, that lasted some hours. But at the moment that's simply awful with asian view, error messages appear every 2 minutes...

The site is being flaky but I was able to get in and make my MLB bets after some persistence.

yes , but for live betting classic version is not a good solution unfortunately: when one needs to place a bet very quick one uses asian view, so the current problems with asian view means impossible to do live betting

That problem started yesterday. I've informed CS and i'm waiting for updates now. That's quite annoying because it sometimes makes impossible to place a bet in time ! Do you experience the same issue?

I wish they would have done that to me yesterday everytime I played the Twins live.

I've received email from Pinnacle CS, which says: " We would like to inform you that the issues with the website should be solved as per our Technical Department.

Please accept our apologize for any inconvenience caused."
And indeed it seems asian view works fine now ! I hope that will last !

Asian view worked fine at the begining of the day, that was fine for the last 12 hours, but now same problem again!I believed they had fixed it but no, once more impossible to use asian view normaly

Pinnacle CS informed me that their technical dept made some changements a few days ago to try to fix the issue, and since that day i must admit i didn't experience issue anymre with asian/classic view, website perfectly works now !
