At present, they inform you that you will no longer be eligible to use operator assisted betting (phone calls) and the traders have determined the limits you will be able to wager (ridiculously low and they don't even bother referring to a trader). I don't think they want to outright close accounts if it can be avoided.

Well, outright close my account they did about a week after I opened it and had won the grand sum of approx. $140!
