Self Exclusion from bookie - Would I be blocked from all sites using the license

Hi all,

If I was to self exclude from one bookmaker site as a problem gambler would they under responsible gambling practices also self exclude me from there other betting websites?

I use a bookie and I have noticed they have several companies trading under the same license number. Would this automatically exclude me from signing up to one of them at a later date?
