betrally.com withdrawal problems

Hi all, just after some help / advice.

I've won quite a large amount on betrally.com and have requested withdrawals but they still have not processed them and I still have the option to 'cancel withdrawal request'

I've contacted them several times through online chat and email. I've provided all the proof of id they requested and they just keep saying the withdrawal will be processed soon by our accounts department. They also keep reminding me that withdrawals to this processing method take up to 5 days to be processed. We'll, it's been 6 days since my first request and still nothing :-S

Has anyone successfully withdrawn?

Any advice or replies greatly appreciated.

Most books will have a clause in their terms against any two accounts sharing the same IP.

The decline to payout my winnings, the just advise me to look about their Terms and Conditions. Well i didnt breach any of them.

I've been using Betrally for some weeks but I've yet to make an initial withdrawal

When they used the SBTech software it was a rock-solid book but no idea if the owner's changed since then

Just a little advice regarding withdrawal:
if its your first time at a book then withdraw a small amount and send them the correct docs for KYC.
After your account is fully verified then withdraw parts of your current balance (like 1/3).
If you hit a BIG win, do not withdraw right away. place a few small bets or parlays/accumulators, then again withdraw a part like 1/3 of balance.
I have stopped withdrawing my full balance. I always withdraw like 1/3, unless i have no choice.
I did encounter delays though when i withdrew 3 times within one month at a high rated book.
