I got a new CC because the old one expired. I also live in a different state now. I have verified that they have the correct address on file, what other kind of hoops can I expect to jump through when I am about to withdraw near the end of NFL season?

All types of hoops its annoying honestly so I stick with PtoP nowadays instead

Just ask them in an email what else you would need to send before being eligible for a payout. They are pretty easy to deal with if you do it that way.
