Logged in today to see the Heritage page has changed colors from the orange/black to red/black and now sports the Canadian flag....Is this new? Did heritage get sold?

The new payment processor looks promising to Canadian customers. Basically you log into your online banking via the Citadel processor to complete the transfer. $25 min/ $300 US max per transaction. Looks like no fees other than a so so exchange rate for deposit. Not sure if there are any charges for withdrawal from the processor but none is charged by Heritage I am told. Looks good.
