I register in Mybet in May to make one bet, I deposit 200€ and I won the bet. Then when I request cashout they ask me for the documents, I send them and they said that my account was in relation with others so they had to close it. They close the account, give me the 200€ of the deposit, but they are not giving me the money I won with my bet.
This is my first account in Mybet and it makes no sense that they are saying this to me, so my conclusion is that they are just trying to steal my money, it was like 160€ what I won with the bet which I find it ridiculous. They just say me , ' The decision if FINAL, we will not reconsider'
What kind of 'joke-site' is this? I want my money! There is nothing I can do against this people?
