Using a wire with Heritage

Has anyone ever withdrew a large chunk of money from Heritage using a wire. I have over $5,000 I'm trying to get out of my account. If anyone has any experience or tips from doing this, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Yeah, a few years ago. Didn't think they still do them.
