I see plenty of Pinnacle lines -155/+143 not a true dime line and Pinny now has plenty of them, true dimes lines are -155/+145

-105 v -105 is 102.4%
-155 v +143 is only 101.9% so effectively better than what you call a dime line

5 Dimes has higher cut-off point for true dime lines so their hold is very small on the higher odds. Also Heritage now had 4-cent overnights, but no new USA customers there and non-USA need referral as they are invite-only.
