BOL payout

I requested a payout for 1000$ on april 26th and i still have not recieved it.

Is this unusual?

After ten business days I had called and they said 'show us its not in your account, because it says we paid you'

Sent them account statement.

Then they say they need to contact the processer and it takes 24 hours for a response, they say this a little over a week ago...

On friday i posted here and soon after got a call from a senior manager claiming to have an answer by saturday, maybe monday at the latest, and says that he can ** the $, asks for name and address and i havent heard from him since. Are all online sports books like this? Jesus

Your payout was requested 26th, processed 29th right? Well the "10 days" is based on business days from the time of the payout being processed. That said, we are on business day 15. Delayed, absolutely. But you are acting like they are weeks and months behind. I have gotten all my payouts from betonline (all for a lot more than your current payout request) and always get paid. Some wires take as little as 4 days, and others take a couple weeks. But you WILL get paid. Unless you need this money immediately to pay bills, just relax. If I were you, I could call back the manager you spoke to from a couple days ago directly. From my experience, stick to ONE manager and keep your calls to that specific manager only. All online books are a giant pain in the ass if you have to ask the same question to 500 different people. Hopefully you got the name of the manager who called you. Regardless, you will get paid.

That all said, the one knock I'd have on betonline for these payouts is the fact I agree they SHOULD alter the processing time on the website. They are randomly widespread in terms of processing times. But for all the betonline payout complaints (most dating from years ago) I have yet to find one issue where the person did NOT get paid. You won't be the first.

Update:

BetOnline was able to verify that your bank transfer was returned due to your providing an incorrect name that did not match your bank account. We understand they have already been in touch with you and that you are being paid via an alternate method which you have already received the details for. Please confirm back with the board.
