BETCRIS the new CANBET ???

It seems that Betcris have some issues with payout process .

Almost 2 weeks now i have requested a payout , which is not be processed yet .
I tryed to contact the support to have some explanations , send many emails to differents adress but
i did not receive any reply .
I have also used the chat support , and i have been told differents explanations .
The first time , i have been told that my request "was lost" and had to request a new one ..
Few days later , they told me that my payout was processing and so i did not need to request a new one ..
Now they are telling me that they have issue servers with third parties ...

I never received any email from the support to advice that they could some issues regarding the payout , evrytime i used the chat support they ask me to send email to a different adress , but none reply .
All this let me think that something goes wrong at Betcris .

Wish to know if somenoe else have same issue with Betcris .

They can be real slow with e-wallet payouts, like up to 3 weeks.

I explain my issue , what more should i tell ?

Just forget to say i used Skrill
In the past i made many deposits and withdrawals without any issue .
Usually when i request payout , i receive it within 3 days .
