Which Vegas book has European soccer?

Can anybody suggest a sportsbook that would have English Premier League action or World Cup futures?

Or is it pretty common in any of the major books?

William Hill has La Liga, French, EPL, Friendlies and qualifiers. Couple thousand is okay, anything higher has to get approval and they might say no.
