Pinnacle Denied Withdrawal Attempts

I have tried twice today to make withdrawals. One using e check, and the other financial institution wire.

Both were denied because Pinnacle said I made deposits using iDebit and must make withdrawals using iDebit.

I have never used iDebit. I have every deposit with my plastic card.

So Pinnie tells me that I made deposits back in Aug. & Sep. with iDebit. I don't remember this. I have to withdrawal that amount through iDebit. So I do, fukk it.

I go to iDebits website to get their support number to call them, I get an automotive business. WTF?!

Well solved the problem. I had an iDebit account with an old email address that I don't even have access anymore.
