My zoompass prepaid account has been frozen because gambling payment is not acceptable. The $400 i cashed out needs to send back to bet365. Zoompass requires 80$ fee to release the fund and sent it back since this is not a typical payment.
Bet365 rep said they cant take the money out from their end.
The zoompass rep told me it happened to other ppl and that bet365 can reverse the money back if you be assertive or aggressive with them.
Any advice? im not paying unless it is the last resort.
