Bovada & Comcast, no longer compatible?
Does anyone know if certain ISP's block traffic to Bovada? I haven't had any trouble before, but suddenly today I can no longer get to Bovada's website on any Wi-Fi or LAN that's serviced by Comcast. No issues with other sportsbooks.

I can access Bovada on my 4G, thankfully.

If anyone has any info, thank you in advance...

I had some connection issues on different machine's. Comcast as well. I spoke to support and the woman asked me specific if I had Comcast here as well. I was able to log on after some failed attempts but on my windows XP machine have still not resolved the issue.

ISPs blocking access to websites is a pretty serious matter.......... they usually only do that in places like North Korea.

It looks like it has to do with Comcast's DNS servers. At Bovada's suggestion, I changed my router DNS to Google's IP and things work fine. But Comcast's still don't work.

So, if you need to make such a change:

        DO NOT USE: 75.75.75.75, 75.75.76.76

        USE: 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4

Can get a program called DNSBench to find the best public DNS for your overall connection. Don't think it tests individual websites though.

Uh now the internet providers want to block poker until it gets legalized and start to charge for gaming connections
